Atlanta police support
This video was released by Atlanta police force in December of 2012. It opens with a message from the police chief, and follows with personal accounts from several of the officers. The video targets mainly Atlantan teenagers who have recently come out, are unsure, or have yet to reveal their sexuality. The video is part of the It Gets Better Project, a nation-wide movement that serves to embrace different sexualities. The Atlanta police department created this so they can remind their city’s teens that their lives can be “full of happiness and success once they fully accept and love themselves” (quote taken from video description).
